Everything exists in the form of energy. That includes your emotions, moods, thoughts, foods, bodily movements, and the ways in which you perceive things and interpret life’s experiences. Every choice you make in the here-and-now impacts your energy level; your choices can be draining and depleting, or building and nourishing.

While there are certain guidelines that apply to everyone, we each thrive and flourish in our unique ways – in how we eat, move our bodies,  experience life, assimilate our emotions and life experiences – even in the ways we express ourselves through speech, facial expressions, and body language.

As a board-certified holistic health practitioner and a life energy Health Coach, I inspire my clients and cheer them on, helping them navigate their bio-individuality and unique lifestyle and develop ways to build robust vitality so they feel the energy of their 20s and 30s to live the life they yearn to live. 

True long-lasting, transformational healing originates in your center. As Einstein famously put it, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

In my signature 6-month coaching program, we dive deep into anything that is holding you down, whether it is spiritual, emotional, mental, or physical. Only a small percentage of us innately know the secrets to healthy, robust living and enjoy endless, inexhaustible, renewable life energy; I go into all life’s details you feel called to address to eliminate energy-drainers and put more energy-builders in place.

You take the lead based on your individual heath goals originating from your deepest yearnings and desires. Usually we meet twice per month, totaling 12 sessions. Each session builds on the previous one. By the end of each session, we come up with three strategies to implement over the following weeks. Personal emails between sessions are encouraged if you need some support, motivation, or simply a sounding board. Here are some examples of the kinds of strategies you will integrate into your lifestyle:


·         Become aware of emotional patterns that drain and deplete you

·         Upgrade your food choices

·         Make lifestyle choices that build and nourish you

·         Learn practices to ground and balance you

·         Unleash your natural energy by examining limiting thoughts and beliefs

·         Find where passion ignites life’s innate natural energy for you

·         Unearth your life’s meaning and your purpose

We explore the following synergistic healing modalities and apply them in finding where you are at your natural best physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Long-term daily application enables you to flourish in all areas of life including health, emotional stability, mental clarity, relationships with yourself and others, and financial well-being. 

·         Integrative nutrition – both primary food (food that feeds your primary well-being) and secondary food (the food you eat)

·         Assimilation of the emotional process of feeling, understanding, letting go, and celebrating, while observing and living.

·         Supporting lifestyle-building based on your unique mind, body, and circumstances

·         Yoga, medical qigong, and various forms of meditation

·         Eastern wellness-promotion modalities such as Chinese medicine and Ayurveda are integrated into sessions to shed light on deeply rooted bodily symptoms such as weight gain, blood sugar level instability, and poor digestion.
