Recently, Yancheng development and Reform Commission has evaluated 85 major industrial projects in the city on the basis of the actual progress of each project in four aspects of "industry orientation, investment scale, construction progress and output efficiency".
"Industry orientation" is an important basis for the level evaluation of this major project. After evaluation, Dongtai Dahe thermomagnetic quartz semiconductor new material project (Ferrotec(Jiangsu) quartz Technology Co., Ltd.) was rated as "industry oriented" and "a +" level. This project fully reflects the requirements of upgrading and optimizing the industrial structure of our city. At the same time, the project is listed in the list of major projects in 2019 by Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission and supported as a strategic emerging industry project.
The construction of the project started in May last year, the first phase of semiconductor project was completed and put into operation in July, and the first phase of quartz project was completed and put into operation in November, realizing the "fule speed" of "project approval, construction, production and effectiveness in the same year".
The total area of the factory is 120 mu, including 70 mu for semiconductor project, 50 mu for quartz project, and a total construction area of nearly 90000 square meters. By reconstructing the first phase of the plant, building the supporting plant, and then quickly connecting the second phase of the plant, the "double fast mode" of rapid production and efficient construction is realized. Workshop layout from Japan, the United States, Germany imported precision oxidation furnace, ultrasonic scanner, Japan Mazak processing center, large quartz spinner and other processing, testing equipment. The supporting 5-storey office building and 6-storey dormitory building decoration project also took only four months to complete.
With the completion and delivery of the main project, a modern factory building with beautiful environment and perfect comprehensive functions stands in the East New Area of the city. In the next two years, as the key product of the enterprise, the monthly output of DCB substrate will reach 1 million pieces, and the annual output of copper-clad ceramic substrate of Dongtai base will reach 12 million pieces, at that time, the production scale will be the same as the world's first; the annual output of high-purity and precision quartz new material products will be 300000 pieces, achieving the goal of world's first high-purity and precision quartz products. At the same time, some of the world's leading products with large market demand are distributed here. At present, in the newly-built No.5 plant, an AMB active metal brazing substrate line with high technology and advanced industry is being installed, and it will be mass produced in July this year.
The company's products can be widely used in the fields of new energy vehicles, rail transit, aerospace, new energy materials, laser technology, etc., with explosive growth in market demand and short supply of products, mainly exported to the United States, Japan, Singapore and other places.
