At present, Alumina Oxide (Al2O3) and SiC precision ceramics produced by Ferrotec (China) have become the leading products in China. Ferrotec almost fills the blank of domestic production shortage by manufacturing high purity Al2O3 ceramics and large-sized CVD-SIC.
Ferrotec totally has more than 100 sets of advanced equipment, such as CIP forming equipment, electric kiln, gas kiln, surface grinding machine, horizontal vertical grinder, 3-axis & 5-axis MC, vertical grinder, CNC, LAP/POLISH, etc. Ferrotec also possesses more than 10 sets of precision inspection equipment, such as CMM, projector, microscope, roughmeter, etc. and has Chemical Clean Room Class 1000 and DIW Clean Room Class 100.
